The Modefin MFS platform is a next-generation digital banking solution that empowers banks to offer a wide range of mobile-based financial services. With this implementation, Rupali Bank is poised to provide customers with a fully functional digital wallet and mobile banking experience under a unified ecosystem.

Key Highlights of the Project:

  • Digital Wallet Enablement: Introduction of a secure, user-friendly mobile wallet that supports person-to-person transfers, utility bill payments, merchant payments, mobile top-ups, and more.
  • Core Banking Integration: Seamless integration with Rupali Bank’s existing CBS to provide real-time account access and transactional capabilities.
  • Agent Banking & Merchant Network Support: Expansion of the bank’s service reach through agent banking and merchant onboarding, enabling cash-in/cash-out and payment services across rural and urban areas.
  • Education Merchant Fees Collection thru MFS: Collecting fees for education merchants thru the MFS.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Security: Fully compliant with Bangladesh Bank’s MFS guidelines, and built with enterprise-grade security including biometric authentication, device binding, and transaction limits.
  • Customer-Centric UX:eature-rich and intuitive mobile apps (Android & iOS) along with USSD and web interfaces to cater to all customer segments.
